About Miae

Miae Lee graduated with a degree in fine art almost 50 years ago. Watercolor painting and graphic design were her passions, but she set down her brushes to raise her three kids.

A few years ago, now in her early 70s, she picked them up again, at first just to keep herself busy. She hasn't stopped since.

From her kids

We're those three kids: Jen, Jane and Jason. We've been encouraging Mom to sell her work, so she can earn a (very) modest income, and more importantly, grow her confidence in her art and in herself.

To everyone who has bought her art before: thank you. Your words of encouragement have made a huge difference in boosting her confidence, and she's at it every day making more paintings!
